Grilled CBLT Recipe
- The classic BLT featuring grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crunchy bacon and creamy dressing piled high on a toasted roll.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 1 ¼ lb.
- 2 tbsp Dash Table Blend
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 rolls, toasted
- 8 slice cooked bacon
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions
- Place chicken in large re-sealable plastic bag. Add 2 tbsp. Dash Table Blend; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavour.
- Remove chicken from bag.
- Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Spread mayonnaise evenly on rolls. Top with chicken, bacon, tomato and lettuce.
