Ingredients
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash® Table Blend
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- 6 cup assorted cut-up vegetables, peppers, onions, carrots, zucchini and yellow squash
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Toss vegetables and oil in large bowl. Add seasonings; toss to coat well.
- Place vegetables in a single layer on foil-lined 15 x 10 baking pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
