Roasted Potato Wedges
- Crisp and spicy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside, perfect with chicken, burgers or a fun party starter.

- 2 lb baking potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut potatoes into 3x½-inch wedges. Place in large bowl. Add oil; toss to coat well.
Mix Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend and salt. Sprinkle over potatoes; toss to coat evenly. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes halfway through cooking.
